AI Content Disclosure
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Warmup Marketing is an AI marketing company. We use generative AI to create videos, images, voices, text and virtual characters — for our own brands and for clients. This page explains what that means and the rules we follow.
1. AI personas are not real people
AI personas (also called AI creators, AI influencers or AI bloggers) are virtual characters operated by Warmup Marketing LLC or by the client we run them for. Their faces, voices, stories and opinions are created with the help of AI and written or reviewed by our team. They do not have personal experiences.
2. How we label AI content
- Every AI persona we operate states that it is AI-generated in its profile or bio.
- We apply the platform’s own AI label (for example on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube) wherever one exists and whenever the platform requires it.
- Realistic AI-generated images, video and audio are marked as such, in line with the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act (Article 50) and similar laws.
3. Advertising and endorsements
- When an AI persona promotes a product, the post is clearly disclosed as an ad or paid partnership (for example “#ad” and the platform’s paid-partnership tool), following the US FTC Endorsement Guides and local advertising rules.
- AI personas do not claim to have personally used, tested or benefited from a product. We describe features and let real customer evidence speak for results.
- We do not create fake reviews or testimonials, AI-generated or otherwise.
- We do not make income, health or “guaranteed results” claims.
4. Products sold under AI personas
If we sell digital products (such as courses or books) under the name of an AI persona, the seller is always Warmup Marketing LLC. The checkout, receipt and bank statement show our company name, and our Terms of Sale apply.
5. Human oversight
Humans review AI-generated content before it is published. We don’t use real people’s likeness or voice without their written permission, and we don’t impersonate real people or brands.
6. Our AI personas
A list of the AI personas we operate will be published here as they launch.
7. Report a concern
If you think content from one of our personas is misleading or not properly labelled, email help@warmup-marketing.com and we will review it promptly.
