Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

These Terms of Sale apply to digital products — such as online courses, e-books, templates and guides — sold by Warmup Marketing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”), including products presented under the name of one of our AI personas.

1. Who you are buying from

The seller of every product is Warmup Marketing LLC. AI personas are virtual characters operated by us (see AI Content Disclosure). Your receipt and bank statement will show our company name or the name of our payment partner.

Payments may be processed by a payment provider or a reseller (“merchant of record”). If a merchant of record processes your order, it is shown at checkout and its terms apply to the payment, taxes and invoicing.

2. Products and prices

• Each product page describes what is included, the format and how you get access.
• Prices are shown at checkout, including or plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) depending on your location.
• Products are for personal, non-commercial use and licensed to you, not sold. Don’t share access, resell or redistribute them.

3. Delivery

Access is delivered by email and/or through a personal account immediately or shortly after payment. If you don’t receive access within 24 hours, email help@warmup-marketing.com.

4. No guaranteed results

Our products share knowledge and methods. We don’t promise specific income, business, health or other results — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Refunds

• 14-day refund: if a product isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you, provided you haven’t downloaded more than a small part of the materials or completed more than 30% of a course.
• Technical problems: if a product doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, you get a full refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Our voluntary refund policy in section 5 still applies.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve most issues within a day. We keep records of delivery and access to respond to disputes.

8. Liability and governing law

Our liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
